CONSULTATIONS, DEPOSITS & GENERAL TATTOO POLICIES

A consultation will be scheduled after the inquiry form is sent IF the project is approved by the artist. Consultations are offered at no charge and are held online on Google Meet.

Projects Approved within 24hrs of Consultation. A price estimate for the project is provided upon Approval.

*** Deposit (of CAD $200) due within 48hrs of Approval after the Consultation. The deposit is credited toward the final price of the tattoo.

Deposits Are Non-refundable.

Clients must give 48hrs notice in order to reschedule (clients are limited to 1 reschedule per booked date) to avoid loss of deposit.

Once a tattoo concept/placement/budget has been agreed-upon and a date has been secured, any major changes will void your deposit - so please be confident with your concept/placement and budget when submitting a booking request.

MUST BE 18+TO BE TATTOOED - please bring I.D.

Tattoos are done in a health board certified studio located in Picton, Ontario. Black & Grey Only.

Limited Availability

Not all Projects will be Approved. Priority will be given to projects that are serious in tone and express a classical, medievalist, archaic/esoteric, botanical, or mythological motif.

TATTOO AFTERCARE & TOUCH-UPS

Aftercare is a crucial aspect of the tattoo healing process for the tattoo to look great and last for many years. We will guide you through this process at the end of each appointment.

At IMMORTAL ATELIER tattoo studio, we want you to feel as proud to wear our art as we are in crafting it for you. All finished tattoos come with ONE complimentary touch-up session (if needed) within 3 months of completion.
