WHAT TYPES OF METALS DO YOU WORK IN?
We primarily work in .925 Sterling Silver. . We ensure the highest quality cast objects when using this metals.
CARE & COVERAGE
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY ITEM?
Our Pieces are designed to be worn, lived in, and loved. We recommend that you remove jewelry during intensive activities such as lifting weights or gardening and any other activity that could be rough on your piece.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY IMMORTAL ITEM?
We recommend that you soak your jewelry piece in warm soapy water for a few minutes before rubbing it gently with a soft toothbrush. For more detailed information on caring for your piece - please see our Materials & Care section.
WHAT IF MY ITEM BECOMES DAMAGED?
Reach out to us and we’ll provide you with an RETURN AUTHORIZATION number along with instructions for sending your piece back to us. Once received, our workshop team of expert goldsmiths will assess the needs of your piece and provide an assessment, price estimate, and approval to proceed—when applicable—for repair.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO REPAIR MY ITEM?
Turnaround times may vary depending on the complexity of the repair and the extent of the damage. We generally estimate 2 to 4 weeks from the date we receive your piece. If we believe your repair will take longer, we will let you know before we begin the repair process.
SIZING & FITTING
GENERAL ADVICE
Because everyone is different— we recommend a different fit and feel depending on your finger type. If your knuckle is the widest part of your finger, your ring should slide over your knuckle reasonably easily and take a bit of force (plus a wiggle or two) to get it off. If you have less defined knuckles that taper to a broader finger base, we recommend a snug fit—we don’t want to hear of any nightmare-ring-slipping-off scenarios.
FLUCTUATING HANDS
Our hands constantly fluctuate throughout the day, the year, and our lives. There are many factors that play into this—the weather, time of the month, etc—so it's best to measure a few different times before deciding on your final size.
RING SHAPE & WIDTH
Wide rings take up more real estate on the finger—they’ll feel tighter and might mean you’ll need a bigger size to compensate. Narrow rings are more forgiving, meaning you can get away with a smaller size. We offer full and half US ring sizes.
HOW DO I FIND MY CORRECT RING SIZE?
Take our advice: visit with a reputable jeweler and have them size your finger professionally. This will ensure that you acquire a comfortable fitting ring. We recommend taking a picture of the item you would like to purchase to acquire additional advice on the fit and comfortability. WHAT IF I GET MY RING SIZE WRONG?
If you order the wrong size and it is a style that can be resized, we will do so for a fee, plus shipping. Upon delivery, if you discover that your ring is too big or small, reach out to us immediately so we can devise a plan for you. Please note that some styles cannot be resized.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
IN STOCK Items ship within 48 hours during business days. All MADE-TO-ORDER pieces will be shipped within 24-48 hours during business days once the piece is complete within the 2-4 week allowance period to make your item.
HOW WILL MY ITEMS BE SHIPPED?
We offer flat rate shipping of $50 on all orders. All orders are packaged carefully and include priority shipping with a tracking number and insurance via UPS.
DO YOU PAY CUSTOMS/BROKERAGE FEES?
We unfortunately do not pay customs/brokerage fees, nor can we estimate their cost. Any duties and taxes due to your local jurisdiction are up to you to cover.
