  • Tattooing can cause discomfort, and the level of pain varies depending on the person and the location of the tattoo. While numbing creams are available, I do not recommend using them. Numbing creams can cause allergic reactions or skin irritations, and they may also alter the texture of the skin, making it more difficult for the artist to inject the ink properly. For the best results, I suggest discussing any concerns about pain with me beforehand so I may can guide you through the process.

  • To ensure our clients respect the artists’ time and efforts, I require a non-refundable deposit to confirm your appointment for all tattoo sessions. I require a $200 deposit for tattoos. Each session requires a separate deposit. After your tattoo is done, your deposit is deducted from your tattoo’s final price. Consultations are complimentary and do not require a deposit.

  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards and Interac e-transfers as forms of payment for our tattoo services. Please have valid identification when using a credit or debit card.

  • Tattoo healing can vary depending on the size and placement of the tattoo, as well as individual healing abilities. Generally, it takes 2-4 weeks for a tattoo to heal completely.  Follow this link to familiarize yourself with the best aftercare practices to ensure a quick and smooth healing process.

  • Touch-ups may occasionally be required due to a variety of factors. Sometimes, a tattoo might fade or lose ink during the healing process due to natural body responses or the location of the tattoo.

Other times, fading can occur because the client didn’t follow the proper aftercare instructions. At IMMORTAL Atelier, if a tattoo requires a touch-up after healing, and it’s clear that the fading or ink loss wasn’t due to client negligence, I will provide the touch-up free of charge. However, if I determine that the tattoo didn’t heal well due to improper aftercare by the client, the touch-up will not be complimentary.

To qualify for a free touch-up, you must have purchased and used our aftercare products, followed our aftercare instructions correctly, and contacted the atelier within 3 months of the date of your appointment. I

will then ask you to please come to the studio or send in a few clear, well-lit photos and/or videos of the areas to be touched up and we will assess whether a touch-up is required and get back to you to book your appointment.
